Idiots in charge

Every time I read a newspaper these days I hop up and down in outrage, the incompetance of those nincompoops who are supposed to be governing this country is beyond belief. You could'nt make up the blunders , stupidity, and downright carelessness of government departments, ministers, civil servants etc. Where do they get them from ? Why is it those responsible are never sacked?

They keep throwing billions of taxpayers money into hare brained schemes, if theres a problem set up another commitee to examine it, fund all the members expenses, supply them with un-limitted secretarial support, office accomodation, tansport etc. etc.and 6 months , or a year later they'll have arrived at a resolution of the problem. Any sensible adult over the age of 40 could have told them that was the answer, it's usualy one that worked perfectly well for years, until someone in government decided to save money by doing away with it.

Having recieved the findings of the commitee, if it's not in line with gov. policy it will be ignored, and down the drain has gone another billion.,and the problem meanwhile has grown bigger, and caused another 3 problems.

Look at the way they try to solve the problems in the NHS, pour in millions of pound, snow the Hosp. Trusts under in red tape, employ more managers than there are beds, to cope with the paperwork,,(this is true,) and cut back on Drs, Nurses, and technicians because they cant afford them.
Then if the Hosp. is unable to meet spending targets set by some moronic, Govt. Minister, who does'nt know a bandage from a bed pan,with- hold funding, so that the very reason for the Hospitals existance, health care in all it's forms, suffers.
